Rick Thompson

Plant Manager

After graduating from Glencliff High School in 1976, Rick started into the boat industry by cutting and grinding parts. He has been in the industry now for more than 27 years. He is a member of NMMA and ABYC. He has been with Jefferson Yachts since November of 1994.

In 1983, Rick married Debbie Mirro and they have a son, Jonathan. He has been acquainted with Mr. Shaw for more than 29 years. He enjoys building fiberglass scale models including the FS35 Marlago.
