
A life-long resident of Indiana, Jeff Nash is by training and demeanor the ultimate accountant. Intelligent and efficient, Jeff graduated from North Harrison High School in Ramsey in 1979, and four years later graduated magna cum laude from the University of Evansville with a B.S. in Accounting. That same year, Jeff was named the Indiana CPA Society Outstanding Accounting Student. He went to work for Monroe and Shine (CPA firm) directly out of college, remaining there until he joined Kentuckiana Yacht Sales as controller in August, 1988.
In 1986, he earned his CPA designation. In 1989, he was named to the additional position of Secretary/Treasurer of both Jefferson Yachts and Kentuckiana Yacht Sales.
In 1998 he was named Vice President of Finance and Administration for both companies. In 2005, he was also named General Manager.
As VP of Finance and Administration and General Manager, Jeff is responsible for all accounting and financial aspects of the company, from banking operations to tax and financial statement reporting. He also oversees corporate budgeting, cash management, financial planning, personnel, corporate insurance, and employee benefits.
Jeff is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and AICPA. As part of his continuing education in the boating industry, he has completed such professional seminars as Service and Parts Profitability Center and Marine Profit Power Workshop. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and of course boating.
Jeff and his wife, Jill, live in Floyds Knobs with their children, Jenna and Jordan.
