David Shaw

Vice President of Operations

David Shaw began working summers for his father, Leon, in the service department of Kentuckiana Yacht Sales when he was only eleven years old. Since then, he has worked in all facets of the boat business.

In 1983 David began working for Jefferson Yachts as a draftsman, designer and technical representative where he fine-tuned the "hands-on" approach to boat building he learned from his father.

David enjoys the challenges of new projects and developing both high and low tech refinements to enhance the performance, economy and longevity of the Jefferson line.
